Replaced with a new repair shipyard

1996, DECEMBER
Established "Repnav, Lda" "Pesqueiro",
and "Techno Marine" Joint operation

2006, AUGUST
Sale of shares in Pesqueiro" & "Techno Marine"
to World Wide International Lda
"World Wide International"& "Fabrica Baltica, Ltd" Joint operation

2010, OCTOBER
Sale of share in "Fabrica Baltica Reparacoes Naval, Ltd"
