• Fabrica Baltica Reparacoes Naval, Ltd" in Estonia to Angola

1982

• Replaced with a New Repair Shipyard

1996, DEC.

• Established "Repnav, Lda", "Pesqueiro & Techno Marine" Joint Operation

2006, AUG.

• Sale of Shares in Pesqueiro & Techno Marine to Worldwide             International, Lda

• Worldwide International & Fabrica Baltica, Ltd under a Joint Operation   Agreement

2010, OCT.

• Sale of Shares in Fabrica Baltica Reparacoes Naval, Ltd to Worldwide       International, Lda
