Our people are our capability.

Since 1981, our greatest strength has been the people holding the welding torch. Every vessel that leaves our yard carries the work of 160 skilled professionals — welders, divers, engineers and inspectors who take pride in getting ships back to sea. Behind each of our seven services, from drydocking and hull work to coatings, propulsion and diving operations, is a crew that has spent years mastering it — on the blocks at dawn, under the waterline, and shoulder to shoulder to deliver on our 24-hour promise.
